1. Eligibility for Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Innerwear, beauty products, or customised items.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Option
- Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchange on eligible products (subject to stock availability).
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
